So this is opening week Of Bow. But what make this bow opener exciting is the new moon phase.

Does anyone here think or have any theories as to why the NMP will encourage deer movement. I think this is an interesting topic that doesn't not get much attention unless your at deer camp.

Well,I don't have any stories but I am even more excited now that I found that out.In my mind I believe that the new moon promotes darkness compared to other moon phases.Meaning I believe during full moon and other phases they bed earlier and move later do to extra light factor.Feeling less secure.Let's face it I hate going to my stands during a full moon especially on a clear night.Ya stick out like a sore thumb.A nd I think the deer feel the same way.I see very little movement during full moon phases on my property.So with that said I'm stoked!!!!!!
