Well 4.5 hrs now and nada no movement. All crops are down in area.Morning was picture perfect. Too bad deer didn't think so.Starting to warm up not good and all sun.Especially on right side of face.Wind also picked up.Then to add to it a big cluster of oysters in tree next to me out of reach just like deer. Lol Rock arse starting to set in.The only thing moving around are some Boone and crocket tree rats.Hopefully some changes for the better or it's going to be a real long day.Keep ya posted.

Ok a update not a good one.Got out of stand around 11:45 nada.Met hunting partner for lunch as he was just coming out from being at work.Switched stands to play the winds better.Partner went to opposite side of farm.He was going to check one of our cameras and put a seat cousion on a stand. When he arrived at the stand he noticed the bow rope was cut.NOT GOOD. Went to stand he was going to sit in and same thing cut bow rope.As he turn to check the camera it was gone a 450.00 reconyx cabled cut and gone. Not a good thing too see.Four years hunting here and never a problem. This really sux!!!! Time to pay some bordering homes a visit tonight hate it but needs to be done. Why people feel the need to steel and destroy others stuff I'll never understand it.Our property is posted very well also.Don't understand it.Really BOGUS!!!!!!! Kinda puts a damper on a nice day. Also have to wonder if our stuff is going to be tampered with all the time.Just really sucks!!!!!

Well home now and wrapped up the day without seeing any deer. :dd: Did end up seeing a very large weasel playing about. And a little raccoon also. But the best was two of the largest gobblers i ever seen.Bad thing was they never gave me a shot.Still sux about our stuff being cut and stolen. :vmad: We did go and talk to some neighbors and found out some very needed information. At this point we think we can fix this problem we hope. Would be nice to not have to worry about theft and stuff being tampered with. Not a good thing to worry about when climbing into a stand in the dark. :dd: Hopefully the next outing will end up being a better one.

Man that is a real bummer. I can't imagine walking out to my stand and finding my stuff missing or vandalized. People like this make me want to um well I won't go there. I sure hope you find out who it is and get it resolved. This is when I start placing wireless cameras in the trees.

Someone stole my stand over the winter. My fault for not taking it down but I couldn't make it back up...but still, that does not give the right to anyone to make of with someone else's tree stand.

Well Rick at least you got to enjoy the outdoors even though you didn't see any deer, it is just awesome being out there in nature and all.

Best of luck to ya hope you nail them b@$trds.
