Here's a 3 day fishing trip to Wilderness State Park, Waugoshance Point, Sturgeon Bay , west of the " Mighty Mac " I've never had such a great time catching Smallmouths ! We fished the 5th, 6th, and 7th of June and caught over 100 Smallmouths. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=3140831772048
When they're up, it's time to go Pick'n, If they're not, then it's time to go Fish'n !!!! If neither are here, it's time for a Cold Beer !!!

Nice pic!  That's awesome. Those smallies are so fun to catch and they taste much better than largemouths.

My buddy has been telling me about that for years. They way he describes it is a nirvana with constant fishing action. I need to get out there. Do you know how long they last up in the shallows? All year or just around spring spawning time?

Michael, They're in for about 1 week . You have to hit it just right. The walk in and out is the worst part, about 1 1/2 miles each way.
