1/3 C paprika
1/4 C kosher salt
1/4 C sugar
1/4 C chili powder
1/4 C ground cumin
1/4 C granulated garlic
2 T mustard powder
2 T dried oregano
2 T ground black pepper
2 T cayenne pepper
1 T dried orange zest

[Cooking Instructions]

pulse in a blender or food processor till powdered. Goes well on or in pretty much anything where an extra kick of umami is wanted. Very nice as a meat rub before grilling.
