Post subject: Easy Pheasant (or Chicken) Recipe

Here's an easy one I've been using for years for pheasant or chicken:
Preheat Oven to 350
Clean, skin, and piece out a couple of birds (or buy chicken pieces and remove skin) and place in a greased 9X13 baking dish.
Combine in a bowl:
- two cans Cream of Mushroom soup
- two small cans mushroom stems and pieces including the liquid
- one box Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild rice including the seasonings
Spoon mixture over the poultry pieces and bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Remove poultry pieces from the mix and keep warm. If the rice mixture has not quite firmed up yet, return to the oven for 15 minutes.
Serve with Roasted Sweet Potatoes.
