I LOVE cooking on my big green egg.

There is this wonderful spice from Urban Accents called Asian Zing. It makes for a crusty glaze on the fish. Spread that all over the salmon. Get the Egg to 400 degrees and place on the water soaked cedar. Cook for 8 minutes. Seriously, this will be the best salmon you have ever had.

Any other Big Green Egg users?
