I feel ya. i had a dog that wouldn't stop pissing and s..ting on the floor. and that just makes it worse. i resorted to abusing my dog and it made me feel a lot better at the time. not proud of it now. you need to breath to calm your self down and nothings worse than breathing the rotten stench of pee. the only advice i can think of is, a cigarette wont solve those problems they will still be there after smoking it. going to have to learn to deal with things in other ways . change is very hard plus having a drug compared to heroin on its addictive levels makes it extremely hard. also if you really have to smoke a cig, do it, just try to learn from it and create a plan to as what might work next time.then try again. i hope this helps you. failure is the key to learning

I'm still here!! Figured out a way to get my nicotine that really sucks. I tried gum but it only killed my stomach. I know the patch don't work for me. I ended up try out those e-cigarettes. I am still on the same cartridge from a week ago when I purchased the one I am currently using. The bad thing is that I may quit before I get to use up the pack of refills that I bought.

nice work! Have you noticed a new sense of smell and taste yet? A friend of mine recently quit using one of those. he keeps it around When he gets the urge real bad he uses it, but its not an everyday thing.

I am a smoker also Mike and it is the hardest thing to try to quit. And I'm not a quitter! Just don't try to lose weight at the same time. It seems as if EVERYTHING gets to you then LOL. Good luck, one day at a time. The first week is the hardest, after that you have it in a bag.
