Wow that's great. I love menthol! I was thinking of starting to vaporize on a regular basis, cause i really miss the hand and breathing habit, but i don't want to start being addicted to a chemical that i cant stop.Plus I miss the menthol taste. Does the non nicotine taste like menthol?

I haven't tried it yet, but I can say that the step down tastes more of a mint flavor than the strongest one. By the time you get used to just vaping, the flavor shouldn't really affect you though.

Hey Mike,never,never give up on trying to quit, I wen through all of them. Hypnosis,acupuncture,patches,
every smoking cessation class that was offer t to us at work. I was a smoker for 47 years and could NOT
see myself to NOT smoke. An annual physical with my Dr. and a suggestion from one of my brothers
to get a prescription filled for CHANTIX . I got the pills, used them and continued to smoke as suggested.
Well , that was 4 years ago. I am for ever grateful for not having that monkey on my back. One thing that i did NOT do,
was to read all the side affects that could result from taking that drug.

Most smokers that i talk to about Chantix claimed that they got OFF of them because (listing several side effects).
I really think it was just a cop-out to continue to smoke.

I did quit once using chantix. I went through all the vivid weird dreams but i did feel more refreshed the next morning. I'm currently using a nicotine free chocolate flavored e-cigarette. Pretty much done if I can kick the habit of having to put something up to my lip.

This last part takes awhile. It took about a year before this was a non issue for me. I quit 15 years ago and it was the smartest thing that I ever did. Not that I ever did a lot of smart things! Keep it up, it is worth it.

It's been hard the last couple of days. My stress level went through the roof when the doctor gave me a diagnosis of fibromyalgia. I've basically been online gathering information on it and possible cures/remedies and almost the whole time I have had the e-smoke in my mouth.

Well, today is 1 month nicotine free. I still have an e-cigarette but it is a chocolate nicotine free one for those moments that I need to put something to my lips before I explode.
