I was just recently informed that NCM made the Woods-N-Water magazine.

Funny thing is that I had no knowledge of this whatsoever. I was never contacted by a writer or anything. In fact i would have never known about it if it wasn't for a member here that pointed it out. Seems they even took my photo from the Home page of the site without even asking.

All that is fine and all but they dedicated a huge article on morels but never once mention the site. the only mention of the site is at the bottom of the photo and all it is is a link.

Oh yayy a link!!! Well for the love of God if your going to post a link to the site...

MAKE DAMN SURE IT IS CORRECT!!!
Here is the link they posted:
http://www.northcountrymorels.com :glare:

BTW, that article does not mention anything that we have not covered here on NCM:
One thing that really gets me is they had made the mention that when the hunting pressure gets tough is to stay out of the pines and Hardwoods.
What???? Stay out of the Hardwoods???? WTF is that??? umm... I may not be a mycologist but isn't that the main place to look?

I don't know about you but the last time I checked, Ash woods mixed with poplars is one of the main types of woods for prime morels.

Anyway here is a snapshot of the page in W-N-W.
