Good morning! I've been hunting morels all of my life, but I'm still learning! It's really early here in northeastern Ohio, but with this weather I may be going a county or two south this weekend. I hear there are some blacks found a little south of Columbus already. I hope this year is like last year. I actually did better here than any of my 3 trips up to the northern end of Michigan's lower half(although I would love to come up and camp again).

Hello Steve and welcome! I'm new to the site and to mushrooming. We had a good amount of rain last night and some great sunshine today so we are getting ready to hit the woods in hopes of finding some blacks.
