I think these are Reishi but not certain.

I can't help you out on what they are, but I have been seeing tons of the first one. Wish I knew what it was also.

The first is a Cinnabar polypore, the odd shaped pores are distinct, I know nothing else about it, inedible that I'm aware of. LOL!

The second one I want. :)
