Cody has taken deer with 4 different weapons now. 1st, with a shotgun 2nd with a muzzleloader 3rd with a bow AND 4th with a Honda Accord Not much danage to the car or the deer. Its a Ron Wight thing, slow that bullet down and put some headlights on it.
My wife said "watcha doin today"? I said "nothin". She said "you did that yesterday". I said "I wasn't finished".

I almost got one tonight too. At least a 6 point from what I could tell. He just missed the rear end of my Jimmy by about 2 feet. Should have been driving a bit slower, I need venison bad.

Glad to hear nobody got hurt except the deer. That is one nice buck. I whacked 2 so far over the years, and came very close on several others. One was a small button buck that got pretty well mangled and caused close to $3500 in damage, the other was a nice doe that ended up like mush after getting broadsided by my truck, which ended up with $2500 in damage. What they say about veering for deer is true...The one I swerved to miss, caused me to hit the shoulder, swerve and wipe out several (thankfully) small trees...damage $1800
