Peepers have been out for the last few days and even heard them a few times during the last warm up, grass is greening up out in the yard, I have a crocus that is in bloom, aspen trees are starting to bud along with the maples, and my sinuses are clogged thanks to my allergies. Yup, Spring is here!

Lucky you! HAH! I'm probably going to take a walk next Wednesday depending on how the flora is developing around here.

Tomorrow I'll give ya a call. I need to get to bed.

I am thinking of taking a walk out there just to check the situation in the swamp out. See how wet it is out there this year. We have had a wet spring in this area so far.

First! I've had one in my yard for 3 day now. I am going to have to mow here soon. The grass and flowers are growing like weeds here.

I just saw a report of the first morel of the season from Allegan, MI. It was a loner but I thought some of you Michigan guys would like to know. This is going to be an early season. I think that I might even find some in April here in North Dakota. Last year, I was finding them in early June here. I must be getting morel fever. I had my first morel dream the other night.
