Just got it and man does it hurt...holy crap. Got some Colcrys meds and painkillers but have to wait until next week to get in to the doctor. OUCH! Any advice??
jon...avatar is me 55 pounds extra on my gut and 40+ of fireburn morels..from the Sleeper Lake burn...found the fuzzy foot and thanks to greysRDbest for knowing what it was!

Ouch.
Never had it but know someone who did. He was miserable.

My friends dad has it and he says cherries and cherry juice. The pills that he gets is just an cherry extract.Maybe find out what triggers it and avoid that. Pork triggers it for him and i heard some one else gets triggered by beer so he has to drink liquor.
Blewits are better.

Lay off the beer and beans....I had that crap in my left foot for several years back years ago,felt like my toes were going to explode.......quit drinking and it went away...

Way too much caffeine and pizza. Had a lot of sweetbread (yeast) and they said that's a no-no. Cutting out all if that! Thanks for the cherry juice advice. Haven't had much beer , but cutting it all out! [ Post made via iPhone ]

I had an uncle that had that. I think he had to get Cortisone Shots. Good luck with it Jon.
